Beginners Pilates classes starting at Tibberton Village Hall in the New Year. Pilates is a great way to improve your mobility flexibility strength and balance.
The sessions will be suitable for all ages and abilities. If you have wanted to give it a go or had a long break from fitness this will be a great start for the new year and new you.

The perfect start to the Christmas season with a great wreath making class
It was a pleasure to welcome so many of our villagers into the new Village Hall on Saturday 28th for the first time and see so many happy faces. The moment had been long overdue, but rather than dwelling on the past, the visitors were delighted with what they saw and provided very positive feedback. Of course, our job is far from complete. We will continue to kit out the hall over the next couple of months as extra funds are received. But, in the meantime, we already have a number of classes booked from Yoga to Table Tennis, Ballroom dance classes and seasonal additions such as wreath making workshops and a nativity! More enquiries have started to come in, so watch this space for further activities!
